Projects listed on the pilot South-South Exchange must:
- Propose a cooperation initiative between at least two developing countries with the goal of advancing human development;
- Comply with all pilot South-South Exchange listing requirements;
- Undergo a peer-review process to assess the soundness of i) the solution offered, and ii) the match of cooperating partners;
Have an important human development impact at a cost that is lower than it would be if it were not for the cooperation elements of the project.
